Practice Areas
Matthew Nowak is an associate attorney with the firm’s Real Estate & Transactional, Business, and Security Alarm groups. Since joining the firm, Matt’s experience has included a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, lender and seller-side financing, and construction financing. Matt’s practice also includes company interest transfers and the buying and selling of businesses, including transactions involving the purchase and sale of security alarm companies and assets.
Matt graduated from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in May of 2022, where he was part of the Business Law Concentration. He also served as an Associate Editor for the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal. As a writer for the Journal, he had a Case Note published in 2022. During his time at Villanova Law, Matt completed several internships and externships, including working as a judicial extern for the Hon. Dominic Pileggi in the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas and working as a Student Attorney in Villanova’s Clinic for Law and Entrepreneurship. In 2019, Matt earned his undergraduate degree from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA with a double major in Economics and Spanish.
Matt is from the Delaware Valley, having lived in Bensalem and Conshohocken. Matt now lives in Gilbertsville, PA with his wife. He is also an alumnus of Saint Joseph’s Preparatory School. When not working, Matt enjoys playing recreational softball and basketball, golfing, playing board games, playing trivia at local bars, going to the shore, watching Philadelphia sports, and generally spending time with his wife, family, and friends.
