Our Team

Brooke is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate and Transactional and Business groups representing buyers, sellers, lenders, borrowers, and other parties in their respective commercial real estate and corporate transactions. Brooke also has extensive experience representing landlords and tenants in negotiating and drafting significant commercial, office, warehouse, retail, and restaurant leases across the country.

Prior to joining the firm, Brooke practiced at an AmLaw 100 law firm where she represented national banks and other institutional lenders in a wide variety of real estate transactions, including syndicated and bilateral acquisition, construction, and term loan financings. Brooke also previously served as in-house counsel for a regional real estate construction company, where she gained significant experience in real estate development, leasing and management of residential, industrial, commercial, and retail projects and properties, including condominiums.

Brooke graduated from the University of Michigan with honors, and prior to attending and graduating from Rutgers School of Law in Camden, Brooke earned a Master of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism.
