Our Team

Scott is a senior associate in the firm’s Corporate/Business group with a focus on Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Governance, including operating and joint venture agreements, as well as other general corporate matters.

From the Philadelphia area, Scott is an alumnus of William Penn Charter School.  He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2011 where he studied Philosophy Politics and Economics.  He then worked as a financial analyst for a boutique capital markets advisory firm before receiving his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 2016.  Scott began his legal career as a corporate associate in the New York office of two large international law firms where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, and then served as the Director of Legal and Corporate Development for a large international conglomerate prior to joining our firm.
